This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.bonespetstreats.com, covering products from our brands Green Woof and Woof Nific.


 

1. Order Processing

 

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time includes order verification, customization, quality control, and packaging.

  • Shipping Start: Once the order has been processed, it is handed over to the shipping carrier. You will receive an email notification with tracking information.

  • Large or Custom Orders: High-volume orders or those including customization may require additional processing time, which will be indicated in the product description or at checkout.


 

2. Shipping Options and Costs

 

We offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping

 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Threshold Amount, $50.00 USD.


 

3. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us at Info@bonespets.com.


 

4. Shipping Addresses and Lost Packages

 

 

Incorrect Address

 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped. If the package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

  • Package Not Delivered: If tracking indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and in common areas first.

  • Claims: Bones Pets Treats is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the provided address. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.


 

5. Shipping Areas 

 

We currently ship to most regions within the United States and Canada.

Exclusions within the United States

 

Due to high tariffs and extended transit times, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska (AK)

  • Hawaii (HI)

  • Puerto Rico (PR)

  • U.S. Territories and Possessions (including Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
