This policy applies to all products, including edible toys and treats, sold under the brands Green Woof and Woof Nific.
Due to the nature of our products (edible and pet hygiene items), we generally do not accept returns or offer exchanges for items that have been opened or consumed. This is for safety, freshness, and food hygiene reasons.
We accept returns only under the following specific conditions:

If you receive a product from either Brand A or Brand B that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notification: You must notify us via email at Info@bonespets.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Evidence: Please attach a clear photograph of the damaged/defective product and the original packaging.
Resolution: Once we have verified the issue, you will be entitled to choose between:
A full refund of the item's price.
The shipment of a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
You do not need to return damaged or opened edible items, unless specifically requested by us for a quality inspection.
Processing: The refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after the request is approved.
Method: Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a direct result of an error made by our company (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to review the complete list of ingredients provided in the product description and on the packaging before purchase to avoid known allergies or sensitivities of their pet.
Disclaimer: No refunds will be issued, and returns will not be accepted if the product was consumed and the pet suffered an allergic reaction, unless it can be proven that the ingredient label was incorrect.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately.
Accepted Cancellation: We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the normal return process (Section 1), assuming shipping and restocking costs, if applicable.
